"A romantic suspense that touches the heart"
Sara is terrified of the dark. She dismissed her security
leaving work and is now stuck in an elevator with former
pro-football player Adam Black. Adam helps her through
the trauma and finds himself intrigued and maybe falling
in love. Author Sara Walsh hides from the public for a reason. As a
child, she and her twin were kidnapped, a 9-day ordeal
that her twin did not survive. For 25 years now the
escaped kidnapper has been stalking her and the last thing
she needs is a sports star as part of her life. Her FBI
agent brother, Dave Richman heads her security detail.
The last thing she expected was for him to play cupid. DANGER IN THE SHADOWS is more a relationship book rather
than action & adventure. How each character responds to
the fear and danger the stalker presents makes for a
touching story. Both Sara and Adam are characters whose
life experiences are very different although they share
many basic values. It's refreshing to read a novel in
which suspense and romance are comfortably balanced with
Christian philosophy. [NOTE: DANGER IN THE SHADOWS is the prequel of the
