"Gender bending haunted house tale"

Realtor Alison "Sunnie" Clark is a religious person who lives by the golden rule. In spite of having a boyfriend, three of her best pals are males: mystery writer Rice Jordan, injured professional football player Franklin "Coach" Brass, and playboy Geffen Cage. Still she is concerned that the trio spends their time chasing women rather than finding the Lord.

Sunnie sells the three womanizers a Beverly Hills home on the condition they attend church. They have no plans to sing God's praise, but agree to Sunnie's stipulation because a few hours a week is a cheap price to pay to be able to convert the former brothel into an elite bed and breakfast and gala event hosting facility.

However, Sunnie, who has a knack for detecting evil spirits, realizes that the house is filled with malevolence. Vixx, a nymphomaniac she-devil, abetted by Crèp the ghoul, plans to destroy the men. She especially will use her abilities to morph into their fantasy women. Only Sunnie stands in her way of capturing the hearts and souls of these non-believing males.

When Sunnie is not preaching fans will appreciate this gender bending haunted house tale in which evil vs. good battle for the souls of three philandering males. The story line for the most part is action-packed though the heroine can get long winded when she goes off on one of her sermons. Still there is plenty of romance between Sunnie and read the book, but the key relationship of this supernatural tale is between the warrior women Sunnie and Vixx with the prizes being three hunks.

Three sexy bachelors with big plans.

Longtime friends Rice, Coach, and Geffen can't believe it when they see an abandoned property just a stone's throw away from Rodeo Drive -- the dilapidated wreck is more haunted house than Hollywood high life. But when they enter the massive estate with their best friend and realtor Sunnie, they see a great financial investment. A fixer-upper with room for a gym and a sauna. A cavernous hall for swanky celebrity parties. A hideaway for seducing the ladies...in other words, a place to live large and dream big.

But Sunnie senses all is not right with the house. Turns out it is already occupied by a supernatural vixen who resents the intruders and vows to use her shape-shifting powers to dispatch them -- not with violence but with an equally lethal weapon: sex. Morphing into each man's fantasy lover, she takes them one by one to heights of ecstasy designed to torment their souls. Only Sunnie, armed with an extrasensory gift and some very powerful prayers, can take on this devilishly gorgeous demon -- even if she has to pay the ultimate price.
