"Great Demon Story!"
When we last left Lilith, she had set aside her mate and
agreed to the wooing of Jetrel. She had also swore revenge
against the humans. Now she has just completed a mission
for Satan and is on her way back home through the lake of
fire. Of course, when she gets back to her assigned
quarters to get dressed, Jetrel appears and proceeds
to "woo" her. When they finish with their wooing, Jetrel
again pushes the issue of their becoming a mated pair. Once
again, Lilith turns him down, but she does tell him of her
plan. Since the mate she set aside broke his blood oath to
her by sharing "dark splendor" with another, Lilith plans
on having her revenge against him. She also plans on taking
over the Cat Clan of demons. If she succeeds, Lilith will
be the first female to lead a clan. Of course, Lilith has no intention of sharing her plans for
the humans with Jetrel. For some reason, he has become
somewhat protective of them and Lilith knows he will try to
talk her out of it. Will Lilith succeed in becoming the leader of the Cat Clan?
Will she ever agree to become Jetrel's mate? LILITH'S LEGACY 2: THE SEDUCTION is a fascinating look into
Aubrey Ross' vision of demons and their culture. This
society is highly fascinating, from their views on marriage
and mating to the interactions between Lucifer and his
brother, Satan. I really enjoyed the steps taken by Lilith
to ensure success in her goals and her revenge is truly
unique and fits the crime. This highly intriguing series is
one you don't want to miss!
