"A must if you enjoy hot, shapeshifter romances!"
Book One Of The Dragon Kin Series
Annwyl, who is the leader of a rebellion against her evil
brother, is mortally wounded in a battle. Luckily, the
battle takes place close to a dragon's lair. The dragon,
Fearghus, saves Annwyl by using his dragon magic to keep
her alive until a powerful witch can heal her completely.
Fearghus, who usually steers clear of human affairs, is
drawn to this brave human. He decides to help Annwyl
defeat her brother. To aid in the efforts to defeat her
brother, Annwyl trains with a powerful knight. Annwyl
finds herself torn between her love for the dragon and her
attraction to the knight. I love werewolves and cat shapeshifters. However, after
reading TO CHALLENGE A DRAGON, I have a special place in
my heart for dragon shapeshifters. I love Fearghus and his
family. Their family dynamics were so realistic and
appealing. Fearghus is even- tempered and a loner until he
met a certain human, who got under his skin and shook up
his world. Annwyl is a strong, determined heroine, who can
stand up for herself and face dragons. If you enjoy hot,
shapeshifter romances, head over to the Triskelion website
and get a copy of TO CHALLENGE A DRAGON. The next book in
this series can't come out soon enough for me! Posted March 27, 2005

Fearghus the Destroyer is the quintessential dragon. He never moves faster than he has to. He never gets upset. He never worries. And he never seems to care about anything except his privacy and his quiet. Then he finds a wounded Annwyl the Bloody, notorious sister of The Butcher of Garbhán Isle, battling her brother's troops outside his lair. He could leave her to die. He could make himself a sandwich with her entrails. But, instead, he takes her in and now his perfect dragon life will never be the same.
