"Warlord's Destiny" by Delilah Devlin Mora is taking her sister's place as the bride of the Kronaki leader. The Kronaki are a warrior race and considered barbarians by the Mellusians. Since Mora's sister is the favored child and very delicate, it is decided that Mora will replace her and wed Lord Tetrik. Will Lord Tetrik accept Mora?

"Warlord's Destiny" is an enjoyable, short, erotic romance with great characters. The Kronaki have interesting bedding rituals for newlyweds. At first, I was a little apprehensive about the relationship between Mora and Tetrik. Fortunately, by the end, I felt the love between this stoic, yet tender, warrior and his lady.

"Love Me Tomorrow" by Sally Painter The Demron, lizard-like aliens, have conquered the humans of an alternate earth. Shalene Courers is a commander in the resistance force, which takes Captain Mecah prisoner. Mecah is a Kyronian, who was trapped in Shalene's galaxy when his fleet was sucked through a worm hole. Mecah and his crew have been taken captive and forced to work for the Demrons. Mecah decides to join forces with Shalene to stop the Demrons.

"Love Me Tomorrow" is a short, satisfying read. Mecah and Shalene have to overcome many obstacles, in order to be together. They seemed truly "fated" for each other.

"Secrets of the Wind" by Charlotte Boyett-Compo Major Chastain Neff, a Riezell Guardian, is assigned to guard Prince Ruan Cosaint. Little do either of them know that Prince Ruan's mother is matchmaking. The runes have foretold that Chas is Ruan's mate.

It's fun watching a big, strong alpha male get tied in knots by love and "Secrets of the Wind" has this in spades. Ruan is used to having his way about everything, and Chas throws him for a loop! These two truly compliment each other.

FATED MATES is a good read. I recommend it to the reader of erotic romance.
