"a wonderful mixture of sensuality and mystery"
Posh Warren is a writer for Enigma, a magazine of the
strange, the unusual and the mysterious. She is teamed up
with alpha free-lance photographer Nemesis Danos, a Cajun
with edge. Together they travel to the little village of
Ravenshold in Northern England to find out what the recent
discovery of twenty bog mummies has to do with an obscure
occult artifact known as the Mandorla Medallion. Beautiful and distant Posh has one agenda and the
dangerous Cajun has another. Not everything is as it
appears, especially when Conroy Malory of the dark
Sutratma Society shows up and changes the stakes. Set
against a backdrop of colorful and exciting characters and
hot locations, they find sex, murder, intrigue and
revelations are a web woven around the mysterious Mandorla
Medallion. Madison Foxe has done it once again! Although this
storyline is not paranormal per-say it is a wonderful
mixture of sensuality, mystery with a dash of magic to
spice it up. While reading The Mandorla Medallion, I had a
very vivid picture in my mind of Nemesis and found myself
drooling at the thought of him just smiling. Ms. Foxe kept
you breathlessly waiting for the other shoe to fall
between Posh and Nemesis while at the same time grinding
your teeth in agitation at Posh's resistance. Then you get to the end of this torrid story and bam!! You
are left going: is there another story? Are we left to
make up the rest in our mind? Knowing Madison, I can just
see her grinning when she finished the last sentence! Well
I for one am going to be bugging her to find out the
answer to that question! If you have not read this
wonderful steamy novel, I suggest you get going because
you are missing one heck of a good read!!! Posted February 16, 2006
