"Erotic Futuristic Serial -- A first-class adventure"
Rand Faràr is running for his life with an assassin on his
trail. His only hope for escaping death is to procure the
services of Drake Varna, a vamp for hire. Drake's services
are hard to obtain, but he has a few tricks up his sleeve
that might juts gain him Drake's attention. But is getting
Drake's attention going to be enough to save his life? "Contract in Blood" is a well-told, well-written,
intriguing and inventive vampire romance -- or at least
the beginning of one. The characterization is excellent,
the story involving from the first sentence. The story is
a first-class adventure and definitely well worth the read. The subject matter and format of the story, however, must
be mentioned. "Contract in Blood" is a homosexual
(male/male) erotic romance featuring explicit sexual
content and, because of its serial nature, the story has
no end. Instead, it pauses on a dramatic cliffhanger. Readers who are willing to take a chance will be well-
rewarded. Those who are more prone to impatience may want
to wait for the rest of the serial to be released before
