REVIEW

"Another winner in the Lady Cat saga"

Ever since I read Susan Grace's DESTINY'S LADY, I've been well and truly hooked. Her books are full of action and adventure. They are all page-turners.

This is the story of Eric Grayson. Eric ran away from home when he was sixteen in order to seek adventure. Now he's back home hiding out in his parent's library when a beautiful woman comes in and throws herself at him. Eric has no idea who she is but just enjoys the fact that she feels great in his arms. Then his mother comes in and catches them. She talks Belle into leaving and then informs Eric that Belle is his twin brother's fiancé.

Eric cannot believe that his brother Trelane has gotten himself engaged and to a woman that he could easily become attracted to. Then when Trelane is severely beaten, their parents and uncle decide that Eric has to take his place to find out who might have done this horrible thing. Eric reluctantly agrees but hates the fact that they cannot tell Belle of the deception because her father is one of the suspects.

Belle relishes the change in her fiancé but Paris, Belle's cousin knows something is up so one night she follows Eric home and finds out about Trelane. Since no one can know about the deception the Grayson family decides to keep Paris there. Paris and Trelane never got along but is it because they are secretly attracted to each other?

This story involves murder, kidnapping, the Templar Knights and a puzzle with a key! I know it kept me reading page after page. I simply couldn't put this most absorbing and captivating book down. As always, I look forward to Susan Grace's next Grayson family saga!
