encounters are resigned to the fact. The character
interaction and the heart wrenching insight into his past
experiences will have the reader in emotional knots and
wishing beyond hope for his stability, if not happiness.
Bella is a wonderfully complex heroine who attempts to save
Zsadist, though she is in need of rescue herself. The story
has shocking surprises, intriguing mysteries and
excruciating tension that build to a climax that will leave
readers pleading for more. Simply awesome! Ms. Ward has given her readers another
emotional, action packed, roller coaster ride of a story,
and fans of The Black Dagger Brotherhood will be sated, if
only until the final page is turned. Then it is back to
enduring the wait until the next chapter in the tales of
