"An Ingenious and Hilariously Sexy Paranormal Romance Romp!!!"

Successor to her Mother who took her own life 200 years ago in order to save the Goblet of Eternal Youth from falling into the wrong hands, Justine Bennett is now the Guardian. Per the Council who created the treatise, no one must know about or even attempt to take the goblet or it will result in death for that person at the Guardian/Justine's hands.

Other than a little incident 180 years ago with a Carl LaValle, life has been relatively boring. Fortunately she is not alone for these two long centuries as Theresa Nichols made the mistake of taking three sips from the Goblet of Eternal Youth and the once vibrant sex object is now converted into an 11-foot shiny blue dragon that wears makeup and assists Justine. However 200 years is a VERY long time for Justine to go without sex. Theresa does not quite share in that problem as she has managed to get around the dragon issue by finding a cyber lover.

Life for Justine is about to change as Derek LaValle, multi-millionaire and owner of Vic's No-Carb Pretzels, is desperately trying to find the answer to a curse that kills LaValle men at age 31 years, 46 weeks, 4 days, 6 hours, 3 minutes and 5 seconds; a curse that started with his ancestor Carl. Having only one week left to live before he and his twin brother Quincy die, Derek stumbles on the possible location of the Guardian. Now according to his ancestor's journal all he has to do is behead the Guardian and steal the goblet.

However Derek didn't count on Xavier the mind-bending doorman, Theresa the 11-foot blue dragon, or Justine the sexy guardian that rocks his world. From here the story ignites into hilarious chaos and creative villains all after the same thing... the Goblet of Eternal Youth. Who conveniently enough, has now morphed from a goblet into an espresso machine named Mona.

I seriously started to wonder how in the heck Derek could break this curse and still be with Justine. And if he did manage to end the curse without killing her, then in all likelihood Justine would still have kill him, per the treatise that binds her. To do otherwise would mean the 'Chamber of Horrors' for her!

Ms. Rowe has written a very sexy and extremely hilarious story that will keep you turning pages and laughing out loud as the plot continues to twist and the fate of Justine and Derek seems to get further and further out of reach. The secondary characters and the family dynamics add to the depth of humor as each character pursues their ulterior objectives. Date Me, Baby, One More Time, is an ingenious romantic comedy that should not be missed.

If you think life is complicated, try immortality.

Justine Bennett is cursing her life. She’s the Guardian of the Goblet of Eternal Youth, she hasn’t left the house in ages, and it’s been over 200 years since she’s had sex. Oh, and the Goblet has shape-shifted into an espresso machine named Mona. Not exactly the stuff grand destiny is made of... Derek LaValle is worried. Due to a family curse, he’ll be dead in the space of a week unless he finds the Guardian of the Goblet of Eternal Youth and beheads her. Which wouldn’t be a problem if she weren’t so sexy, smart... and ready to behead him right back.
