"A Classic conlusion to Three Sisters Island Trilogy."
In the final conclusion of the Three Sisters Island
trilogy we get to find out the core of this story which
seems to revolve around the last sister, Mia Devlin. She
is the strongest of the three as she has nurtured her
witchcraft from the beginning. She has managed to survive, running her bookstore and
keeping busy, as the prophecies final days are coming and
the darkness is closing in. What she never thought she
would have to bear was the return of love lost. Sam Logan
a local who moved away over ten years ago and ripped out
Mia's heart in the process. He is hoping by returning he
can make those amends and get his life finally back on
track. Mia has no desire to embrace love anymore. The pain was
too great and as she knows it cost her ancestor's life,
and she does not want to fall victim to that history.
However Sam is no ordinary man as you come to find out he
too is a witch and also key to this prophecy. Nora Roberts weaves a wonderful trilogy rich in
characters and love. Although her book is woven in the
paranormal her underlying message is far reaching as a
love that is lost becomes a lesson in owning up to who
really tore it apart. As the saying goes, it takes two to
tango. I would have to say this last book was the best of
the three for me. It wrapped up so many questions and then
closed the series with a wonderful glow of romance and
love.
