REVIEW

"Her cover model -- her protector -- will he be her lover?"

Carly Sullivan's job has been the focus of her life and to save her job she needs the perfect man for the perfect commercial for the cruise line. Ford McKay, Navy SEAL had had to do many things for covert operations, but being a male model? He is on this cruise to protect Carly without her knowing... her adopted father, Governor-General Brandon of Santa Marina Island, does not want her worried. Her temporary assistant and adopted sister Daphne Brandon has snuck away from her father's protection, which complicates matters and increases the odds that the killers are probably on board too.

But trouble actually comes on one of the island stops. During a photo shoot there is suddenly "real" shooting. Carly is wounded and recovering in a mansion under tight security when the security is again breached... there is a traitor on the Governor's staff, but who?

If you enjoyed the style and mix of suspense and action of the Draycott Abbey series by Christina Skye, you will enjoy this story.

As an aside, I am a mother of 2 adult sons and I had sympathy for Ford's experience with agressive women, but as a woman... [VBG] yeah, I'd look.
