"A delightful romance"
When her brother and sister in law died in a plane crash,
carefree Destiny Carton gave up her artisian Paris
lifestyle to raise her three nephews. Now two decade
later, her charges are all successful and married.
Feeling it is not a case of empty nest syndrome, Destiny
needs to find her destiny, which she put on halt to become
a mother. She requests to her nephew, Richard the CEO of Carlton
Industries, that she would be given the opportunity to run
the European Division of the family firm. Because he
would do anything for Destiny, Richard reluctantly agrees
though he worries that her former lover and business
competitor William Harcourt may cause trouble for his
beloved aunt. William plans to cause more than trouble
for Destiny because he loves her although she dumped him
years ago. This engaging boardroom romance stars a wonderful lead
couple. Destiny is a delightful protagonist as she wants
to regain her life that she sacrificed for her family;
William just wants Destiny. Though her need to run the
Europe Division seems selfish as she lacks business
experience and could have proven costly to more than just
the family firm, fans will enjoy this romance between
loving rivals. Harriet Klausner
