"UN-doubtedly a futuristic reading pleasure"
Zain Masters had enough trouble in his life without having
crash-landed on this unpopulated planet. When the power
failed and stranded him with this stubborn Earth woman and
her cat, it was one more regret in his life. His ship's
computer, Reene was the only friend he'd had since his
partner's death and he did not want the responsibility of
another, especially another woman. He had to restore
ship's power to save Reene and return Lacey to Earth and
somehow find a way off this unsurveyed planet.

eBOOKISLE While watching old western movies, Lacey Garrett made her
New Year Resolution to "exit Wishy-washy door mat and
Enter Warrior Programmer." Ex-fiancé and cheating
business partner, Bob left no desire for another self-
serving man in her life. So when she goes outside for the
cat and finds herself transported to face a demanding and
impatient man, she feels it is more a nightmare than a
dream. But it isn't a dream, this alien man has inadvertently
stranded her with him and they have 5 days to pull off an
escape. Fighting off "Bobzilla" (creatures who look like
a cross between her ex on a bad hair day and Godzilla) and
discovering the krudo
(crab-like creatures fondly called sand-poppers) could
communicate was not what Lacey had in mind when she made
her resolution to be a WP (warrior programmer). UNLEASHED may be a tale of 5 days, but there is ample
action and new experiences for both Lacey and Zain. Ms
Barry kept the delicate balance of expectancy as the plot
developed with flash scenes to the villain and
InterGlax. Her trademark style of snappy quips and
clever dialog added to the plot but for me the alien life
forms impressed me with their originality and contribution
to the story. The occasional reference to Zain's friends
(met in previous UN stories) added a touch of interest but
did not detract from the focus of this stories characters
and dilemma. I can highly recommend this futuristic romance and look
forward to seeing more from this author (Maybe the story
of Zain's sister, Torrie?)
