"I wanted more!"

FBI Special Agent, Charlotte "Charlie" Boyer is called to investigate the brutal murder of a young Indian woman. This is the third such murder to occur on the reservation and the local law has listed the murders as puma attacks. Charlie believes that someone may be behind the deaths , but the community doesn't wish to cooperate with a fed. Charlie has to resort to getting evidence outside the official channels, and she is aided in this endeavor by the handsome and sexy Shaman, John Greywolf.

THE SHAMAN was a very enjoyable paranormal romance that contained several erotic love scenes. Charlie tries to keep the very sexy John Greywolf at a distance, but finds she can't ignore their attraction to each other. She has to struggle with self-esteem issues, because women chase after John. John makes a great hero; he was very alpha but revealed a softer side. I really enjoyed some of his wisecracks. The mystery and suspense of the identity of the killer was well-developed. I was very involved in this story and sad when it ended. I wanted more!

SUMMARY

From her first encounter with John Greywolf, Charlotte Boyer finds herself so enthralled by the passion he ignites in her that it unnerves her almost as much as his ability to pass unnoticed by security cameras and undetered by locked doors—his shadow walk. Is it at all possible that two men with supernatural powers walk the reservation? Or has she been seduced by the 'skin walker'—part human, part puma, who rapes and savagely kills?
