"A wonderful read with well written characters!"
Ivy St. Clair is astonished when she receives an
inheritance from Lord Stanhope, a man she's never met. She
is even more surprised to discover that in order to claim
it she must deliver a portrait to Auburn Seaton the
reclusive Earl of Tamberlake. Reluctantly engaged to be
married, Ivy welcomes the opportunity to delay the
announcement and resolves to call upon the monster earl. EVER YOURS is an engaging Historical Romance with a
surprisingly refreshing plot. The hero doesn't spend the
whole book feeling sorry for himself only to realise in the
last chapter that life is worth living. Instead, he pulls
himself together half way through and goes after what he
wants.
Gabriella Anderson has struck just the right balance
between the tragic hero and the loveable rogue as Auburn
Seaton sets out to face society and reclaim his life. The
characters were so well written that by the end of the
story even the villain of the tale had my sympathy.
