"Dark Symphony is an excellent weave of intrigue, love and the paranormal."
Dark Symphony is a masterpiece of love, light, darkness,
emotions, and suspense. She manages to merge the world of
the Scarletti family with that of a Carpathian. The result
is a wonderful Carpathian novel with gothic undertones. Byron is a one of the older of the Carpathians and who
had gone into hiding because of the remorse and guilt he
felt for confusing Jacques lifemate for his own. It is not
until the sound of renowned pianist Antoinetta Scarletti's
music does he find purpose, light, and color again. Ms. Feehan manages to take her series to a whole new
level when we meet the light to Byron's darkness; as her
female lead, Antoinetta Scarletti, is blind. Drawn by her
music and passion for life, Byron carefully emmeshes
himself in her life while he slowly courts and seduces her
to the Carpathian ways. But such a seduction becomes complicated when the
Scarletti family comes under fire from a rivaling family.
And to make matters more interesting there is also a secret
the Scarletti family has kept coveted for generations... A
secret that haunts them and could possibly ruin their
family. Byron, undaunted, is determined to keep his
lifemate safe and begins to try and unravel the threats
that surround Antoinetta and her family. Dark Symphony is an excellent weave of intrigue, love
and the paranormal. There is no doubt that Christine Feehan
is a master in this realm as every book in this series has
always reached to new heights of Carpathian love
everlasting. (Dark Symphony is book number 10 in a series
of 12 on going stories.)
