Anna Tarrant has been in danger since she was young. Her
step-father has been trying to kill her since she was
eleven. Anna has gone into hiding; taking with
her "knight" which she believes is a fantasy. Blade Lombard is very real. When Blade mets Anna, he feels
driven to protect and keep Anna. Anna must learn to trust
Blade as the two of them prove her identity so she can
claim her inheritance. I really liked this book. I love how protective Blade is
and the way they were so close do to the psychic connection
