"Hot romance"
The execs at public relations firm Michaels and Associates
have written off the steel mill account for two reasons.
The former steel mill CEO, who signed the contract with
them, fled the country after embezzling funds. His
replacement as CEO of the steel firm, his son Drew Robson
fails to see how Michaels and Associates can help save the
company from bankruptcy. Jade Morrow wants a promotion at the PR company, but feels
she needs an opportunity to prove her worth via salvaging a
written off client. She persuades Drew, with a bit of
blackmail, to honor his beach relaxing father's contract.
Drew and Jade begin a three-week road show to save his
company, but neither one expected the other to steal their
respective heart. Why Jade felt she could obtain her promotion by gaining
more business from a nearly failed company with a small
account and hostile boss seems off for this intelligent
person. Still, fans will enjoy the battle inside the
bedroom, the boardroom, and the steel room between the lead
couple. The story line is fun to follow due especially to
the bitter Drew, feeling like a betrayed mugging victim,
now reeling as his heat is under assault. Jade is a strong
woman who knows what she wants and goes out to get it.
Together they provide readers with a good time. Harriet Klausner
