"Time and Love battle to win"
Griffin Campbell has a secret. Oh, he's hidden it well,
but when he faces a future with the wrong woman, he decides
to leave for everyone's good. And when Griffin leaves, he
really leaves.... Chelsea Brown has good friends, an impressive intellect,
(she's working on her doctorate) and no life. Overwhelmed
by her vivacious friends, she has been made-up, made over,
and made to go out with the wrong man one too many times. Fortunately for both, when Griffin gets thrown from the
Highlands of 1605 to the Highlands of today, Chelsea is
there to help. Her quiet, self-assurance is beautiful to
Griffin, making him long for a chance to build a real life
with this special lady. And while Chelsea doesn't believe
that love with a gorgeous, intelligent, brave, hunk of a
man is for her....it doesn't hurt to dream. The two travel the world and the years in search of
answers, growing and learning to love. Ms. Mallory brings
old friends back in this time-travel book; both developing
their well loved characters and setting the stage for
future works. This book was excellent. I loved the way Chelsea grew into
herself and Griffin's battle with himself and time. I
laughed and cried with the characters, and finished the
book with a smile. Then I ran out and looked for more of
Ms. Mallory's works. You will do the same. Gina Duvall © Copyright 2003
