REVIEW

"An Excellent Book!"

The hero is a Interfed Agent sent to investigate a series of serial killing of the priestesses of the 2 religious sects.  This was a little slow moving in the first half but totally intriguing as you learn about the 2 religions, get to know the priestesses of both sects and see his investigation unfold.  There is absolutely no clues for the hero to follow.  I was kept guessing through most of the book about why the murders were taking place and JUST who was going to be the love interest if any in this book. There were 2 very interesting women in it.  In the later third things pick up faster and you do finally get a passionate romance and action. It does have a HEA though it was close.   I found it an excellent book!  My only wish would have been for a longer start with the romance but it wouldn't have worked with the plot.
