Summary

John Curtis grew up in Sector 9, the part of Urba most moonies want to forget exists. It's the haven for Whack users, prostitutes, and criminals. He escapes, but only long enough to get his badge and return to fulfill his mission: Take out the human and alien trash and create a better, safer sector.
