THE SOCIETY BRIDE by FIONA HOOD-STEWART
|
SummaryWhen Argentine playboy, Ramon Villalba meets his
designated bride, Nena Carvajal, he is agreeably
surprised. A very young wife he can mold to his
satisfaction suits him. But although Nena agrees to the
marriage out of love for her dying grandfather, she
determines not to lose her identity.
A honeymoon on Ramon's private Greek island turns out
differently than either imagined. Ramon experiences
undiscovered feelings for Nena, and, against her will,
Nena is magnetically drawn to the man she was determined
to dislike.
Confronted in Buenos Aires by her husband's mistress, Nena
returns home to England. Only when tragedy hits do they
become aware of their true feelings.
