Summary

The incident was quite unexpected. Enjoying a spring afternoon's shopping with her relatives, Miss Juliann Alard could not have been better chaperoned with the British Royal Navy by her side. Even so, a handsome stranger caught up to her, and before she knew what was happening, Miss Alard was in his arms—being kissed!
