THIS WAY HOME by MARCIA KING-GAMBLE
|
SummarySet in the Upstate New York town of Syracuse, THIS WAY
HOME is the story of Liza, an ex-model who is mugged
in New York's Central Park and her face disfigured. She
returns to her hometown of Syracuse to run a consignment
shop. Peculiar things begin to happen in her home. Things
she cannot explain. Strangely, similar occurrences are
happening in the homes of two of Syracuse's other
residences; one of which is owned by her stepbrother,
Erik, a world famous artist.
Erik owns a home that Liza believes belongs to her sister.
She is determined to challenge his claim. An elder in the
community, with the gift of sight, sheds light on the
situation. All three are bound by a past that threatens to
encroach on their future.
Does Erik have a future with Liza?
