Summary

Jack’s a tough guy, been a loner for his adult life, and doesn’t consider himself particularly romantic of lovable but then the day came when he picked up a mermaid and refused to let her die of her injuries. Jack’s discovered a lot about himself since that day…like how he can’t stop crooning to her when she’s frightened and how he’s suddenly scared to let the person he loves go into the wide world without him despite the fact that she’s been alive longer then he has in terms of years. What’s a man to do?

Oh, and let’s not forget Jack’s need to find a way around the communication barrier, too, since the love of his life just happens to be a Danish mermaid.
