Summary

Christian March is a man with nothing to lose. Working as a private detective, he passes his days with gambling and shady jobs, lamenting the loss of his wife in an accident he feels was his fault. With debts piling up and his dark past threatening to close all around him, Christian finds himself slipping down a one way path of desperation.

It seemed like providence when Victor Tam, wealthy land developer and controversial figure, contacts Christian about a blackmail problem he’s contending with.
