Summary

Jesse Franklin, a new taxi driver, is ready for a change and hopes the hustle and bustle of the Las Vegas Strip does the trick. He’s only been on the job one week when ultimate dream meets worst nightmare. Sophie is a beautiful blonde, the woman of his dreams and a total contradiction to the 'Cab Cutter', a psychotic killer attacking cab drivers and random people for sport.

Shot and left lying lifeless in a trash bin, Jesse slips into a coma and becomes trapped between worlds. As a ghost, Jesse stares helplessly while the/ Cab Cutter/ steals his cab and heads for Sophie.
