Summary

In the aftermath of the attack by the evil necromancer Antoine, Alex has changed. He’s been a vampire, albeit temporarily, and the experience has marked him, changing both his sexual appetites and the way he looks at the world. But before he can explore what’s happened to him, he receives news about his father. The man who abused him as a child is now at death’s door, and Alex must face his painful past. In the meantime, Liam must also deal with shadows of his past, when an unexpected figure arrives at his door. Both men must accept their histories in order to move forward with each other -- a difficult process tempered only by the power of their love.
