RED QUEEN by MICHELLE LEVIGNE

Summary

Anstice was a Halfling, born of a Kreefa mercenary commander and a woman with god-given powers from a vanished island kingdom. She had her mother's red hair and powers of the mind, but her mixed blood made her an outcast.

Phaon was the son of a Kreefa rebel who betrayed the secrets that kept their race from being hunted as demons or worshipped as gods. His father wanted Anstice for her powers, King Lycaon of Arkady wanted her to make himself a god. Phaon simply wanted her as his mate and would do anything to win her trust. Even betray his father's plan for godhood. Even give his heart away.

Set in Ancient Greece RED QUEEN begins the Red Queen Series. Follow the Kreefa, half-human, half-wolf, as they search through the ages for a safe haven where they can live in safety, without fear, without need for secrecy. Led by the Red Queen and her descendants.
