R.L. LaFevers is the author of two very successful original series published by Houghton: Theodosia Throckmorton and Nathaniel Fludd, Beastologist. This is her first venture into young adult fiction. R.L. now lives on a ranch in Southern California with her husband, and their cat and dog.
