Dallas Reed

I am a graduate of the University of Colorado where I studied creative writing and communications. I’ve lived all over the country - Seattle, Los Angeles, Denver, New Orleans, New York and now - hopefully for a long time - Austin, Texas.

I'm an author of young adult novels, and my latest novel, MASON, was released by HarperTeen in July. The reviews have been great, and I'm thrilled with the response it has received. I'll have several new titles in the next couple of years, including the books SHIMMER and THE CALLING (written under the pseudonym Dallas Reed), and an urban fantasy trilogy, EXILED, all from HarperTeen.

I read a lot - write a lot. But I also like movies (scary ones, funny ones, the ones where things blow up a lot) - Music (generally loud and fast stuff) - My Xbox 360 (Bioshock rocks!) - and my pets/
