Megan Hussey

Megan Hussey is a feminist erotica writer and editor with nine single-title e-books, nine anthology stories, an erotic story audio CD, and two paperback novels in print. Previously, she edited the book My Testimony and Legacy and coedited The Ladies Sampler magazine.

From mermen to vampires, Megan's stories feature sexy, kind-natured heros and strong, real woman heroines. Her creative inspirations range from Playgirl magazine to chocolate, PlaygirlTV star/actor Jean Val Jean to the Florida sunshine. She spends the bulk of her time writing naughty stories but also writes humor and journalistic pieces.

She is also the proud leader ("possemeister") of the Playgirl Posse, a group that supports Playgirl, PlaygirlTV, and the concept of quality erotic entertainment for women. PlaygirlTV DVDs have just been nominated for two major industry awards, and are simply the finest in erotic entertainment for women.

Megan won an Honorable Mention for Love Romances and More Cafe's 2007 Vampire Book of the Year award, for her book "Under Cover of Night: The First Book of Nuit" from Dark Eden Press. Under Cover of Night was also up for the Best Short Story (All Other Genres) Published in 2007 category in the Preditors & Editors Poll. She was also a nominee for the Erotic Romance Reviews for Women Golden Shoe Award, in a Posse-dominated category!

This Indiana native graduated from Ball State University, where she graduated cum laude and earned a bachelor's degree in journalism and English. She lives in Florida.
