As far back as I can remember, I think I have been writing stories. I remember writing a play in 3rd or 4th grade about baseball players and their cheerleaders. (Yes, I knew even then that baseball didn't have cheerleaders, but it seemed to make more sense as the neighborhood kids had all the baseball equipment.) In high school I wrote another play about being in high school as an unpopular girl, and submitted it as a possible play for our class competition, but they decided to go with a previously published play. I wonder why? Add to that the numerous times in school where I opted to write stories instead of reviewing other writing, and I can confidently say I have been writing forever.

I am married with no children and presently one cat that thinks she needs to be the center of attention whenever I am on the computer. My husband has always been my biggest supporter and fan, even though romance is not quite what he enjoys reading when left to his own devices.
