Andrea Wilder

In 2001, Andrea decided it was time to get serious about her writing. A dabbler from childhood, she joined Romance Writers of America and listened closely to what more experienced writers had to say about her work. Four years later, her Irish medieval Fearless finaled in RWA’s prestigious Golden Heart contest, and the following year she sold the book to Dorchester. In doing that, she met her goal of publishing a novel before her 40th birthday.

A wife and mother of two, Andrea is an active member of RWA’s Futuristic, Fantasy and Paranormal chapter and The Golden Network. Her motto for writing and for life comes from a poster that hangs on the wall in her study: “Go over, go under, go around or go through, but never give up.”
