Alison Paige

Pseudonym for Paige Cuccaro.

Paige is a published electronic and small press author. She's a member of Romance Writers of America, RWA Published Authors Network, and two RWA chapters-- Central Ohio Fiction Writers and Futuristic, Fantasy and Paranormal. She’s sold short stories to magazines and worked as a contributing author for articles in the award-winning Write from the Heart newsletter, distributed by the Central Ohio Fiction Writers. Paige is a member of several online writing lists and groups including, COFW, FFandP, Paranormalromance, PNwriters, COFW-PAN, PANindustry and PANcraft.

Paige has been writing since the birth of her oldest daughter fourteen years ago. But it wasn't until she moved from Eighty Four, Pennsylvania to Columbus, Ohio, that she began taking her writing interest seriously. In Ohio, she joined RWA's local chapter, Central Ohio Fiction Writers, and the national professional association, Romance Writers of America ®. These two active, informative groups gave Paige the extra push she needed to put her writing out there for the general public. One year later she found a home for her novel, The Shaman's Daughter.

Paige has finaled in several writing competitions, including RWA chapter contests, “Great Expectations,” “Romancing the Tome” and Wizards of the Coast's "Open Call" contest. She is always writing. She has unwavering ambition and a pounding desire to put the stories that rattle around in her head to paper.

Paige has been happily married for fifteen years and is the mother of three beautiful, young girls. Her love of reading, vivid imagination and the countless characters peopling her mind have left her no choice but to--in the words of Natalie Goldberg-- finally, shut up, sit down and write.

Paige’s favorite form of procrastination is e-mail. She loves hearing from fellow readers and writers. Drop her a note and she’ll get back to you a.s.a.p.
