Rowena Cherry

Rowena Cherry, writing as Rowena Beaumont Cherry, lifelong lurker, fact magpie, corporate jet setter, lives (for the time being) in Michigan in a Detroit suburb with her much- travelled husband and five year old daughter.

Rowena has won or placed in over forty RWA contests. Her futuristic romance FORCED MATE was a finalist in the 2003 New Voice in Romance contest. Her free short story, MATING NET (prequel) will be published by NBI as of May 2004.

Rowena has lived the dream.

The dreaming spires of England's ancient Cambridge university; mystical Wiltshire and Dorset; dining off gold plate with an Arabian princess on a sheik's yacht; Rowena taught a Duke's son something (Chaucer) rubbing shoulders backstage with rockstars, models, pace car at Indy 500--where Chuck Jaeger told her about gas in zero gravity, and Fabio said "Hello"; corporate jets; Pebble Beach; staying in massive, multi-bathroom suites at the world's best resorts... all fabulous inspiration for romance novel locations and other-world building.
