With six children, seven grandchildren and three great- grandchildren, what should an old gray granny do? Lyn Morgan writing as Lyn Lawrence and Lawrence King has plans to be the Grandma Moses of the writing world and of the screen writing world and perhaps even the song writing world. Her first book, Magnolia House, was released in May of 2001 as an e-book. In August, the trade paperback edition of Magnolia House was released. With two romantic suspense novels and one true crime manuscripts during the year of 2001, Ms. Morgan says she could be on her way to fulfilling her dreams.

Lyn still has time for her children and grandchildren. Her family, scattered across the 50 states, keep her busy traveling to visit them and they often appear back at the old homestead for visits. She loves to travel for research and writer's conferences as well.
