Mayra Calvani

Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico in 1967, Mayra Calvani holds a B.A. in Creative Writing and has had several short stories published in small literary and horror magazines.

Mayra's novel, DARK HUNGER, a stunning mixture of horror and dark romantic fantasy, has garnered nothing but rave reviews since its original release in 2001.

She has lived in Latin America, USA, the Middle East, and is now settled in Brussels, Belgium, where she lives with her husband and two children.
